Description: Begin your career as a manager within a few short weeks. Your training includes on-line and one on one training. We offer the opportunity to move into management to anyone with a willingness to learn and a focus on our customers. You will need to learn all aspects of the restaurant prior to your management training. Previous experience is helpful, but not required.

Description: This is an intense four-phase training format for people that respond well to challenging situations and high performance expectations. Each SMT is assigned a mentor who will help guide the way to successful completion. A motivated and experienced professional can potentially complete the SMT program in as few as eight months. Previous experience required.
