• Flexible Hours

  Your greatest benefit at McDonalds is flexibility in work schedules. At the time you are hired, you should set up a work schedule that fits in with your school, family, or outside activity demands.

• Wage Increases

  The Store management will review and evaluate your performance on the job after six months. If your performance merits an increase will be given. Every 6 months there after you will be given a performance review and wage increase if performance merits it.

• Breaks

  You will receive a 30 minute unpaid break for every 5 hours of work.
