  We offer the McDonald's Insurance Program to all of our hourly employees. The McDonald's Insurance Program (MIP) for Franchisees includes Medical, Vision, Dental, Term Life and Short-Term Disability. MIP is simple to use, because premiums are payroll deducted which means no check to write, no envelopes, no stamps, and no hassle!

• Paid Training

  Employees are trained using our McDonald's Connection Computer Based Training and a Crew trainer who works shoulder to shoulder to ensure your sucess! StationM is the online community exclusively for McDonald's crew and is available on McDonald's Connection.

• Free Uniform

  Employees receive a free McDonald's crew uniform shirt and tie. Employees are responsible for black pants and black non-skid shoes.

• Free Meals (while working)

  As a valued employee, you will be entitled to one free meal for each shift that you work over five hours. Employees that come in on non work time will receive a discount card that entitles you and your family to a 25% discount on McDonald's food.
